Roles and Responsibilities of the Attorney General

There are innumerable inconsistencies with the Constitution absolutely 180 degrees adverse to the Constitution and every individual's guaranteed Charter rights of equal protection and benefit whereas Charter rights are not mentioned.

Clearly it states that the Attorney General is responsible as "guardian of the public interest" however there is no modus operandi of due process of law consistent with the rule of law to make him responsible though he is accountable to the people through the Legislature there is no due process of law consistent with the rule of law to make the Legislature responsible.

The Attorney General is purportedly independent of political and partisan influence, however he is a political Minister appointed by the Premier the head of political representatives who appoints all Ministers selected from the elected representatives who advises Cabinet, the Legislature and all government department heads, agencies and the police responsible for the constitutional legitimacy of all laws and the adminstering of the courts purportedly having the authority to ensure all laws and modus operandi is consistent with the Constitution with exemplary support to the certainty of every individual's guaranteed Charter rights of equal protection and benefit.

So he is a political Minister appointed by the Premier as are all Ministers that head the Legislature and he is responsible to advise them as to constitutional legitimacyabsolutelly independent of political and partisan influence and the police may consult with him or often his agents, so as not to appear to be politically influenced, however the police must make the charges so as to not appear to be politically influenced and then, but only then can he obstruct justice as it is up to him whether or not to proceed on the charges without political or partisan influence.

Attorney General Chris Bentley taught the judges and the police hierarchy earlier in his career as to how to enforce their illegitimate laws that are 180 degrees adverse to the Constitution being no particular accomplishment of deception, prevarication, manipulation and orchestration of illegitimate laws and the minds of the people. as York Regional Police (YRP) Inspector Michael Fleming now retired informed me as a result of his investigation of the evidence published on the Charter Democracy Force web site www.charterdemocracy.ca  that he had no doubt that my former tenant Don Wilson President/Director of Bio Safe Natural Technologies Inc. which I had invested in was a conman, however not according to law, which I retorted "Doesn't make sense" to which he snickered saying "I know ... they are taught early in their careers that the law has nothing to do with common sense.

One has to wonder how the people can possibly obey laws that have nothing to do with common sense and WHY would they?

The fact is the Constitution has everything to do with common sense and should have been their first clue as to the conspiracy and YRP Deputy Chief Bruce Herridge informed that the police are often frustrated by the courts where they gain their experience and have learned to set common sense aside to relieve themselves of the frustration and enhance their careers.

The Ontario Attorney General plays a major role with the (Click on) Law Society of Upper Canada as he administers the Law Society Act as a bencher who has precedence second only to the federal Attorney General and appoints the Chair and four others and selects five more from a list provided by the Law Society. 

He is the apparent king pin of the Ontario Government conspiracy though appointed by the Premier and is purportedly accountable to the people through the Legislature being an obvious facade of the government organized crime that the prodigious amount of evidence irrefutably proves there is not one competent responsible irreproachable person amomg them, predictable of the obvious political Minister Attorney General that is required to be independent of political or partisan influence that advises them all inconsistent with the Constitution.

He is the politically appointed chief law officer of the bureaucratic exececutive council that maintains the organized crime consistency as the Law Society of Upper Canada was created under the Law Society Act, 1797 by the Upper Canada (Now Ontario) government with the appointed Attorney General acting on their behalf met with a few elite gentlemen of questionable legal credentials to create a monopoly to propagate "Learned and Honourable" persons to adminster the laws of Upper Canada.

The Charter Democracy Force has collected innumerable exerpts from their history that unequivocally proves the Law Society propagates humongously abused their authority to create an industry of organized crime operated by their "Learned" charlatans of deception, prevarication, manipulation and orchestration to ransack society unobstructed having designed the system to protect their members from the populace, not the populace from their members.
