On September 3 2008 RCMP Superintendent Robert Davis District Commander GTA signed the RCMP Final Letter of Disposition that unequivocally will do them in stating that although I had provided hundreds of pages of evidence he chose to ignore it attempting to slip out the back door with an ubstantiated story to find the RCMP innocent of refusing to investigate government organized crime.
Paul Kennedy the REVIEWS Chair then of the Commission for Public Complaints, but no longer, used a lot of ink in his December 23 2008 report to demonstrate that he was unequivocally with the conspirators documenting a diversionary trail as far as he could away from the fact RCMP Superintendent Robert Davis District Commander of the GTA signed a confession that he refused to look at the pertinent documents of government organized crime, making it somewhat easier to find the RCMP innocent of refusing to investigate government organized crime as they thank the Law Society for the ideology that has allowed their continuous success, but not today.

It was Brian Mulrony that stole the RCMP from the people making the RCMP Commissioner a Deputy Minister that the Task Force created by then Minister of Public Safety Stockwell Day confident they will deal with the issues when the DOJ was linked to the RCMP pension fund scandal by the Standing Committee on Public Accounts was assigned to address, that must have been somewhat of a befuddlemnent to the Standing Committee when ordered to Sit when a PUBLIC INQUIRY was warranted.
The Task Force headed by Brown that gave Stockwell Day so much confidence deserved his praise for assuredly the link to the DOJ vanished in thin air, and Stockwell was reassigned as Zack took the heat for the obvious chaos they refer to as the RCMP that ultimately is the responsibility of the Minister of Public Safely formerly Stockwell Day and now my MP Peter Van Loan who has refused to address the humongously serious issues I have addressed him since away back when.

The Rule of law in its most basic form is no one is above the law.

RCMP Staff Sgt. R. B. MacAdam was ordered by the office of the RCMP Commissioner to investigate my complaint filed November 8 2007 with the Commission for Public Complaints against the RCMP for refusing to investigate the government organized crime exhaustively documented and published on the aforementioned sites for all to see prior to November 8 2007.
After 9 months of investigation of the documents RCMP Staff Sgt. R. B.MacAdam paid by the RCMP to investigate the RCMP completes his report with RCMP Staff Sgt. R. B. MacAdam now RCMP Staff Sgt. R.B MacAdam NCO i/c given the serious nature of the issues we would have to presume that he proved himself to be an unbiased responsible competent irreproachable guy with fortitude and conviction to the certainty of the sanctity of the Constitution that unequivocally equally governs, protects and benefits us all in all matters of the law which we must all comply, thus the certainty.

The criminally fraudulent offenses committed by my former tanant and president/director were witnessed, documented and recorded by the judicator in a court of law administered by the Ontario Attorney General Michawl Bryant who is the chief legal advisor responsible as "the guardian of the public interest" who has refused to deal with the issues obviosly because he illegally created the issues and has refused to structure the illegitimate political/legal system that has always been prior to the 1982 enactment of the Constitution being self evident or it would not have been needed to be enacted
It is just as obvious that he within the political/legal system all being elected by the people led to believe they are the people's representatives whereas every individual is presumed to be of the status of the presumption of innocence absent of reasonable evidence to suggest otherwise, yet all are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyand a reasonable doubt with all pertinent evidence collected unobstructed and presented before the courts and I have provided the York Regional Police the irrefutable evidence that I am a victim with the exact same evidence the judicator found for me ordering Don Wilson to vacate my property and cough up $10,000 in arrears of rent, but they have refused to investigate citing the "Threshold" that has been irrefutably been proven to be their deceptive word for 2 TIER.
If the system was legitimate consistent with DEMOCRACY that has obviously never been, not only a PROSECUTING Crown Attorney would be present in court but also a DEFENDING Crown Attorney with an outside absolutely unbias referee.
The system is designed for the Law Society industry to flourish that obviously means the criminal elemement must far out flourish the victims that can afford to pay their extortion fees for that which is guaranteed free to everyone in an efficient effective system financed by the taxpayers that assuredly means taxes must be collectly fairly, but not a probability of them that exist with the 10% wealthy minority scratching each others backs in an attempt to ransack society to the maximum without causing the 90% majority to rise up against them.
As assuredly the criminal element outflourishes the victims able to cause the commencement of proceedings against them there are humongously more victims than one can possibly imagine with many victims left in the wake of one criminal that never make it to trial with me a prime example and of course the populace has no way of knowing with the media aiding and abetting them every step of the way.

Of course it is a venture into futility telling them how evil they are so humongously adverse to the law that assuredly they know as well as they know their continued success is dependent on them keeping the truth amongst themselves.

With a diverse society of innumerable PIG (Personal Interest Groups) we must attempt to reach out to them all and convince them of the necessity to band together as the UPIG (U 4 Ultimate) as they have organized with our money and we remain unorganized with no money whereas we must do the best we can through the grapevine to let the people know what they already know that where there is a will there is a chance and in these issues of happenstance it is simply about truth not money, but will ineviatably follow in relatively humongous proportions when the truth is out and the innumerable nefarious bent whose success was dependent on deception will collapse down to earth as they persist with their deception to deceive the people for the final time as they finally structure the system to the facimile demanded of the Constitution as they will now fear due punishment should they dare attempt to mess with an individual's equally gyaranteed Charter rights.

MacAdam used the 9 months unbiased competently, responsibly and irreproachably with fortitude and conviction to the sanctity of the Constitution that equally governs, protects and benefits every individual equally his report will reflect that consistent with thoroughness and thoughtfulness as his May 20 2008 30 day interim report states that also informs of his vacation and promotion to NCO i/c
So assuredly it must be an appropriate one or why else would he get a promotion and believe the taxpayer of the 90% majority would like to see what he accomplished in his 9 months investigation of government organized crime with the investigation already done and spoon fed to him, where at first he did not see the need to study the preponderance of irrefutable evidence most likely due the ideology of the Law Society that do not believe they are required to give a damn about every individual's equally guaranteed Charter rights and so they do not with a back up plan should complaints be filed against them, their members or any individual they advise they simply do not need to look at the evidence citing their mandate that the Attorney General administers on behalf of the government while purporting to be on behalf of the people and society as whole as the people's elected representatives.
If they were what they proclaim and efficient and effective they would obviously have nothing to hide and if all was legitimate I would have had the RCMP Staff Sgt. R.B.MacAdam NCO i/c report in hand by at the latest the end of October having commenced this trek into futility on October 15 2009 having first requested it informally on September 23 2008 when I filed for a Review with the Commission for Public Complaints against the RCMP after receiving the pathetic frustratingly hilarious RCMP Final Letter of Disposition September 3 2008, however what can one expect of a corporate/political/legal system headed by the Puppet Attorney General that administers the Law Society Act which the Law Society propagates responding to my complaint were obviously "Learned and Honourable" as mandated of the utmost integrity telling me the precise truth as all the evidence I have collected ultimatey supports them when they imply their members are not required to give a damn about every individual's equally guaranteed Charter rights as their only obligation is to vigorously advance the interests of their client and go further to state that they are not required to look at evidence when it is against their members.
Condoned from the top right down to the RCMP Superintendent Robert Davis district Commander of the GTA who has their ideology right down to the letter ... the one he signed September 3 2008.
How bloody obvious they cannot allow the RCMP Final Letter of Disposition get out to the public any more than they can allow the prodigious amount of irrefutable evidence published on the Charter Democracy Force network get out to the public, being why they have the media underwraps.
