This site has been assigned to bring you up to speed on our quest for pertinent information via the Access to Information Act regarding the federal government involvement with the organized crime of corruption and conspiracy against the 90% majority ... the people of the Lower Tier
On November 8 2007 I Frank Gallagher (frankly1) filed with the Commission for Public Complaints against the RCMP for refusing to investigate government organized crime providing the irrefutable evidence that was forwarded to the RCMP Commissioner's office for them to investigate themselves, with their conclusion obviously predictable because the evidence is thorough leading from the RCMP to the former Minister of Public Safety Stockwell Day now my MPP Minister of Public Saftey Peter Van Loan to the Minister of Justice and Attorney General Robert Nicholson former Vic Toews to Prime Minister Stephen Harper who appointed them, Parliament and Senators.

RCMP Staff Sgt. R.B.MacAdam was assigned to investigate my complaint of the RCMP refusing to investigate government organized crime that took about 9 months with about a 10 day vaction to celebrate his promotion to NCO a month prior to completion and on September 3 2008 RCMP Superintendent Robert Davis District Commander of the GTA signed the RCMP Final Letter of Disposition stating that although I had provided hundereds of pages of documents he chose to ignore it in an attempt to slip out the back door on unfounded excuses finding the RCMP innocent of refusing to investigate governemt organized crime.
On September 23 2008 I filed for a Review with the Commission for Public Complaints against the RCMP requesting they immediately request the RCMP for a copy of Staff Sgt. R.B.MacAdam's report of his 9 months study of the evidence also requestng a copy for myself, which they did inform that they made the request, but have refused to indicate whether they received a copy of the report and have refused to provide me with a copy.
I noted the urgency to acquire it ASAP to eliminate any opportunity to tamper with it, but alas it has been over a year and is now an obvious possibility.
On December 3 2008 Reviews Chair Paul Kennedy signed his report specifically noting they were independent of the RCMP, but found no evidence of any wrong doing by the RCMP That is due the modus operandi set in place by the Law Society that does not require their members to give a damn about every individual's guaranteed Charter rights and they are not required to look at evidence when it is against them
There is simply no independent authority to hold them responsible
This site is Dedicated To document the venture into futility to get a copy of the 9 month report through the Access to Information Act, wheras it would be quite interesting to see the MacAdam report considering the utmost seriousness of the charges.
The people must be made to understand the significance of the RCMP Staff Sgt. R.B. MacAdam NCO i/c 9 month report
If the RCMP hierarchy were legitimate unbiased competent responsible and irreproachable with fortitude and conviction to exemplary support of the Constitution and every individual's equally guaranteed Charter rights the September 3 2008 RCMP Superintendent Robert Davis Final Letter of Disposition and Staff Sgt. R.B. MacAdam's report will be consistent considering that he was promoted to NCO i/c less than a month prior to his completion of his report of the evidence that is of the utmost seriousness to every individual and the sanctity of the Constitution.
Therefore Staff Sgt. MacAdam's report would be FFF (Forthright, Forthcoming Forthwith)
Persons having read the preponderance of irrefutable evidence published on the Charter Democracy Force web sites would assuredly know that is not their nature being trained by the Law Society Criminal Frauds ... charlatans of deception, prevarication, manipulation and orchestration
Most pertinent to the issues is the evidence that he studied published on the www.charterdemocracyforce.ca site and it would be prudent for any and all persons concerned that should be all persons of the 90% majority and in particular all persons deciding whether or not to invest 20 bucks to become a member of 1 LIFE www.1life.cC being the SUING MACHINE, the company created by Charter Democracy Force Just Inc. federally incorporated to "Solicit Victims of Crime for Suits Against Government Personnel"
No matter what they do the TRUTH will be known by them that can handle the TRUTH
But our initiative is to get it to the people so they can deal with the handlers of truth to meaningless state that has permitted their luxurious success to the humongous detriment of the 90% majority
